Well, in the middle of all these subzero days, we had a 60+ day. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] So
me and my bro clammered around to try to get some shooting in before the rain hit.
My Mosin is finally done. Well, 90%. I have the barrel turned down to its final dimension. 1.1"
I reassembled it to my index marks that I made previous. And torqued it down to 108ft/lbs. (Any tighter and I would have passed my index marks.)

I let my bro sight his gun in first.
His Rem700 bullbarrel .223 was easily minute of fist at 200yds. With Hornady TAP. He was ecstatic. lol

That didnt leave me with much time before the rain hit.

My loads were PPU brass, Sierra Match King 174gr HPBT, 47.5gr Accu4350, Fed210primer, Oal 3.048"+/-.005
Heres the first 3 shots. The orange sticker is 1.5". The group is 0.75"ish. I didnt have my calipers.

I was happy with that group, and repeated it a couple more times, and so I moved on to shooting hotter test loads
and checking for pressure signs. And let bro get more shooting time in. He's never shot or owned anything that accurate. He was beside himself. lol
Then the rain came so we quit.

So did you build it yourself? If so I know this might be a long shot but I want to get my ex sniper to sub moa and if, though I know you may not be in to building for people, you were willing to build for someone how much would it cost not including scope to get one built to be that accurate since I'm guessing that's a different barrel plus you did more then just drop it in the stock I'm guessing anyways lol. Thanks for your time Smile
