I had a 1964 Ford truck with that exact same knob on the gearshift!

Thought i would give a update on what this one have become changed the stock out for a ATI and changed to a BSA 6-24 30mm mildot scope and went with the hubble trigger

Whats that rubber thing on the barrel? A tuner?

Yes is a tuner. Don't know how much differance it makes, but it fires sub moa so it couldn't be hurting it.

Whats the details on that muzzle break?

It's a cheap tapco one for a AK but it dose help keep the muzzle down.
